Corrections
Found something that needs a closer look?
Specific, reproducible feedback helps make the website more useful.
How to report an issue
Email the address on our Contact page with the subject “SUNDO.live editorial correction.” Include the page URL, the exact statement or step, why you believe it is wrong and a supporting primary source when available. For a feature problem, add the browser, device model and reproduction steps.
Use synthetic examples. Do not send patient images, prescriptions, laboratory results, identifiers, account passwords or access codes. A clinical question should go to a qualified clinician rather than website support.
How a concern is assessed
We look at the specific claim or behavior, compare it with the implemented application and relevant technical documentation, and separate a reproducible software issue from a device-specific limitation. Where a claim cannot be supported, it should be qualified or removed.
A report does not guarantee a particular change or response time. We may need further non-sensitive detail to understand an issue.
When a page changes
A material correction should explain what changed in enough context for a reader to understand it. Routine spelling, layout and link repairs may be made without a lengthy note. Update dates should reflect meaningful changes rather than being refreshed automatically to look recent.
A documented example
On 4 November 2026, release 8.0.2 corrected a redirect loop on the private login page, repaired camera/navigation links and restored two truncated social-preview descriptions. These were website behavior and presentation fixes, not changes to a clinical claim or an image-processing algorithm.
Current compatibility and testing boundaries are explained on the testing page. Read the editorial policy for our wider approach to authorship, sources and review.
