Private Medical Photo Sharing
Prepare and review a medical photograph locally, then use your device’s native Share menu on supported browsers.
The camera, upload and export controls run in MedCam's shared workspace with the relevant film type selected. No separate cloud image upload service is used.
The challenge this tool helps you review
Sensitive medical images can expose patient names, identifiers, EXIF metadata or private reports to an unintended recipient.
MedCam helps make a photographic copy easier to inspect and share. The app's camera and editing controls can vary with your browser and device. Its local quality hints can miss important problems, so manual checks remain essential.
Before taking the photo
- Upload or capture the photo and review the original first.
- Choose an output format supported by the receiving application.
- Open native Share only after checking exactly which file is being sent.
Capture and export in three steps
- Open the shared MedCam camera with the Reviewed photo preset selected. Grant camera permission only if you choose live capture, or use an existing photo from your device.
- Review the untouched original, check the guidance for blur, light and framing, and optionally apply conservative adjustments to a separate derived image.
- After checking the content yourself, download the supported JPG, PNG or PDF copy, or select native Share when supported by your browser and receiving app.
What to check before sharing
- Check recipient and attachment inside the receiving app before confirming.
- Native sharing is optional and may not be supported on every desktop browser.
- The receiving service may upload the file according to its own privacy policy.
Safety limit: SUNDO.live cannot guarantee what external apps do after you select native sharing. Do not use photo quality guidance to make a medical decision or to replace a medical professional.
Privacy, file formats and browser limitations
By design the MedCam image-capture, review and local export code runs in your browser; current standalone tool pages do not load third-party ads or tracking. A downloaded original may contain EXIF metadata and identifying information. If you share the photo through a different application, that application may transmit it under its own terms. Keep the source document and verify the recipient.
Camera support depends on HTTPS, device permissions, browser APIs and camera hardware. Manual upload remains an option if live camera controls are unavailable. An export's availability does not guarantee that an external messaging app accepts the file.
